River Ventures is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) and movement to equip visionaries, entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, and leaders, to depend on & abide with the Holy Spirit, bear fruit, and see God build businesses that unlock discipleship and transformation through economic development. Through practical, Spirit-led business tools like the The Current, the Kingdom Business Operating System, we empower leaders to cultivate thriving enterprises that become engines of discipleship, restoration, and hope.

Through biblically grounded training, leadership intensives, and our Kingdom-centered tools and curriculum, we empower leaders in the U.S. and around the world to operate from intimacy with the Holy Spirit rather than self-reliance. As God builds through them, their businesses become engines of hope: strengthening communities and breaking cycles of poverty, human trafficking, corruption, and dependency.

By His grace, this work has already seen remarkable fruit: many businesses launched in hard-to-reach regions, churches planted among unreached peoples, thousands hearing the Gospel & giving their lives to Jesus, CEOs and leaders in the U.S. changing how they operate in business, and more than a thousand leaders equipped and sent.
